Richard and Janice Mignanelli opened Richards Pub in 1976. Along with them was the help of family and friends, many who are still an integral part of the business. With time the family has grown, and everyone plays a role. Janice bakes many of the desserts, and her mother, Ida still makes her salad dressings. Their sons, Rick and Steven are influential in the decision making of the business, from the décor to the day to day operations. This truly is a family operated restaurant.
The Mignanelli family contributes their success to their customers. People come from all over to dine at Richard’s Pub. Everyone has their own reason; some enjoy the company of the bartenders and wait staff, many who have been employed for years. Others travel for their special table, their favorite meal, and to visit with friends, both old and new.
